Holistic Growth

We believe in cultivating every aspect of your life —personal, professional, and spiritual. This is not just another business group; it's a space where you can grow in all areas.

Define Your Success

We’ll help you clarify what success looks like for YOU, whether that’s achieving a career milestone, strengthening your personal relationships, or discovering your purpose.

Monthly Meetings

Connect once a month with your local group to share, learn, and challenge yourself to reach new heights. Optional quarterly speakers will offer additional insight and inspiration.

Accountability and Support

The Personal Executive Board is more than a group; it’s a trusted space. A place to be vulnerable and hold each other accountable.

Some Commonly Asked Questions

Do I have to be a Christian to join?

-Absolutely not, each guy in the group is on a different spiritual journey. We have Muslims, Agnostics, and Christians all in the same group! We encourage you to share what journey you are on in your spiritual life and we’ll always provide a welcoming environment for you.

Do I have to donate money to be in the group?

-Yes, we ask all members to donate to a donor-advised fund. This fund is used as a storehouse for us to provide and donate money in honor of our speakers and group leaders.
